LOL... Because WI population is shrinking. Wisconsin lost 3,800 manufacturing jobs last year. Kimberly-Clarke is laying off 660. SC Johnson announced hundreds of layoffs this week. Wisconsin has lagged the nation in job growth for 7 years. #YouSuck
