Fixed up the bedroom with brand new sheets, the bathroom with brand new towels, cleaned everything, got tons of recycling to the depot, fixed a roasted beet salad, seared marinated flatiron steak, roasted eggplant, braised chard with shallots, and fresh sourdough for dinner.
