This old axe is over a quarter century old. I got it as a teen, it was part of Guitar Center's 30th anniversary event in 1994. I believe that at the time Ibanez had a reissued IC300 in general production, but only in black; but at the GC sale you could get white.

I was fifteen, so scrawny I couldn't float in a freshwater pool, and had a scraggly mustache and goatee, and long hair I kept in a braid that reached almost to my waist. I was also awful, you wouldn't have liked me, but at least I had a cool guitar that I couldn't really play.
