everyone always complains about craft brewers making so many IPAs, but it's kind of like complaining about heavy metal having so many subgenres. there's near-infinite variation and subtlety, if you want to look for it!

new-to-me beer: @NightShiftBeer Fluffinity. this is _incredibly_ fruity! the website says "orange and mango", I'm getting especially heavy mandarin/clementine, almost peachy.

like, this doesn't remotely resemble a piney/citrusy Cascade-heavy west-coast-style IPA from ten years ago. they might as well be totally different categories.
