Hey so found out that I, officially, have ADHD. Wow! What a relief to finally know that I'm not necessarily horrible at normal life things. Not sure how to proceed next but my therapist should be able to help. But am just relieved to actually put a suspicion to rest finally!

I had a lot of "Well, XYZ friend has ADHD and seems worse off than I am so I must not have it. That just means I'm doing life incorrectly."

I have a lot of that too TBH. I've wondered for a long time if I should try to get evaluated but my brain always comes back around to "no, I'm just lazy and I just need to be more organized"
