I miss my coworkers but I also vastly prefer working from home. I’m a lot more focused and productive, and I think we underrate the benefits of asynchronous communication.

I like the energy of the office, I miss saying good morning to and going to lunch with coworkers. I miss the writers room. I still prefer working from home.

that's definitely something I miss about working in an office—the set of schedules and routines, rituals even, that clearly demarcate the working day from the rest of the day. it's harder to establish those (IME) when your working space is also your home.
