oh ugh, a biotech lab taking over is the worst scenario! I had been holding out hope that even if Tony wants to retire, someone else would take it over and at least try to keep it running as that kind of grocery.

Grocery can't compete with the kind of money on offer by biotech developers. The property behind Russo's just went for $21.5M and the Stop & Shop down the street went for $35.5M. Hard to blame Tony & the family for cashing out.

that's big money for sure. I definitely don't blame the Russos, but still, it's sad.
