We were SO CLOSE to getting it in three phases! If I'd gotten portaled just one or two times fewer, we'd have done it. He had like 5% health left. In the 4th phase he didn't get off the first platform.

I have 100% been in that position before lol

So we knew going back after the 3rd phase that we just had to play careful and not get reckless, and we'd be able to finish it fast in the 4th.
