Rye bread, mayo, mustard, pepper jack, smoked turkey, homemade pickles, salt and pepper, a swirl of sriracha, soaked in egg/milk mix, fried in oil and butter. Pretty good!

the pickles and mustard make it a little like a Cuban (one of the all-time world's best sandwiches), the seeded rye moves it a smidge in a Reuben direction (or with the turkey, a Rachel), but the pepper jack and sriracha don't really fit any of those three traditions.
