sometimes when it's way too hot out, dinner can just be a big salad and a bowl of rice on the side for starch. that counts, right?

Most Americans eat way more protein than they actually need on average, one low protein meal won’t do much harm
oh, no, I know it won't! I'm not worried about it. I'm gonna have pasta with meat sauce tomorrow anyway.
