A house in our neighborhood that is about 300 sq ft less than ours, only has one bathroom and no kitchen appliances is going for $220k. We paid $135k only five years ago.

At the increase or that it's still like 1/3 of what my friend paid for a similar house out your way?
Yeah, I paid 425 for my 2nd floor walkup 1100sf 2b/1ba condo in 2016, and it would probably go for at least 100 more now. It's absurd.
