Scott, i bugged my eyes out when he said that shit
now, I'm no athlete, but the fastest pace I've _ever_ clocked was a 9:05 mile, and that was on a sub-2-mile run. and I was _running_.

man, there's a 10K in Feb I'm starting to get ready for, and seeing normal people talking about their runs encourages me, but "a guy power-walked 31mi at a 7:10 pace" just makes me want to quit, you know?
