the mask she's showing pictures of is clearly a disposable surgical mask meant for one wearing only, and if it's getting as dirty as those photos in only one wearing I have a lot of questions about what's going on

That dirt looks like makeup. Her setting spray isn’t up to the job. Mehron or Ben Nye (theatrical brands) should work if the ordinary ones won’t.
