well, I've gone ahead and registered for that 10K in February in New Orleans. my official 5K pace was 10m38s/mi, so I'm going to aim for a 12:00–13:00 pace for 10K.

yeah my BFF booked Disney for late January back when cases were dropping and we’re RESIGNED to the idea that we’ll have to cancel but we’re still hanging onto hope
even if it ends up not being safe to go, it's good for me to have something to work on training toward.
