some personal news: I just made a sandwich on homemade sourdough bread with mayo, mustard, roast beef, fresh farm share tomatoes, soft ripened cheese, and a fried egg, and had a couple of the spicy pickled beans I made last night on the side.
pretty good sandwich. beans are less spicy than I expected, maybe they need to sit longer. v crunchy though!
