I’m at 19, FTR, but that’s only based on that list. I’ve had guinea pig and fugu, which are adventurous for a lot of white Americans.
I think the only things on that list that I'd really hesitate about are brains and chicken feet (my folks raised chickens when I was a kid, I know what they walk in!)
chicken feet is one of the ones I’ve had! I used to work (way long time ago) at a place with a large group of Chinese people, and they brought in chicken feet for the white coworkers to try. I wasn’t a huge fan but I see why they like them?
yeah, I realize it's kind of ridiculous of me to be fine with tripe but balk at chicken feet, but I never claimed it was a fully rational response
