IMHO the "I found marginal notes in this used copy of 1984" joke post making fun of the "I found marginal notes in this used Bukowski collection" non-joke post is, in fact, not particularly clever

(the mockery of "my child said XYZ" posts, also, not only betrays a very poor understanding of what children are like, but is pretty misogynist, because the ultimate gist is always "those white liberal wine mom hashtag resistance women are total fakes and liars all the time")
