absolutely. they should not be allowed to be above a certain height. seems like a no-brainer!
grill height, height of the driver's seat/windshield, width, turning radius, etc., should all be regulated. if you want to drive something bigger, you need a specialized license, like how any rando can't just drive a semi.

speaking of: i maintain that the best thing my driver’s ed course did was bring in a semi and have each student sit in the driver’s seat in turn so we could get a sense of just how restricted their lines of sight are.
