reinstate indoor mask mandates, suspend (I fucking hate to say it!) indoor bar seating, karaoke, indoor live music in small clubs, etc., get shit under control before the end of summer.

reimposing restrictions on indoor businesses sucks! it's awful and it will hurt local employers and social scenes, but surely we can find ways to mitigate that, extend business rent moratoria, offer 0-interest loans, expand unemployment again, etc.
