shit I grew up in New England and just off the top of my head I need black pepper, cinnamon, cayenne, hot paprika, smoked paprika, cardamom, coriander, mustard powder, garlic powder, chipotle powder, fennel seed, cumin, allspice, turmeric, nutmeg, Sichuan pepper…
powdered ginger too of course. and that's being super generous and excluding salt and herbs from the category of "spice".
