        the last time we had a trough of 7-day average test positivity rate below 1%, it was September 2020. How did things go in the few months after that?

        yeah, I bought plane tickets and booked a rental car for the Hopscotch festival (9/9-11 in NC; they're carrying over 2020 wristband orders but I don't think they will a second time) in a moment of optimism and I have trepidation now.
