Some sort of saw... not sure which you'd go for with that litlte space... jigsaw maybe? For guitars, side bender iron and guitar maker's vise. Router... Other than that... clamps, vise...
well, if I do get into guitars they'll be solid-body electrics, so I won't need the iron to start with. definitely a bunch of clamps, saws, miter box, jigsaw, maybe small tablesaw? vise is a good thought. maybe planer; hand planes, files, rasps, chisels.

For now I'm making do with a Dewalt "Job Site" saw as a table saw. It's a bit awkward if I'm cutting 4x8 plywood, but otherwise it's really convenient because it's tiny. I got it rolling legs that fold up too so it can be even smaller when not in use.

yeah, that's the kind of thing I was thinking of. I'm unlikely to really need to deal with full sheets of plywood (or if I really do, I could set them up on sawhorses outside and break them down with my circ saw)
