oh hey given the kind of movie this is you may already be braced for things, but just as a heads up in case you hadn't seen CNs for it, there's a pretty uncomfortable (IMO) self-harm scene not too far in.

there's also a bunch of general horror stuff, gory medical malpractice, etc., but it was that one scene that squicked me out when I first saw it.
oh yeah, the medical stuff includes treating an autistic character pretty badly (but she ends up OK)
