Friends, just so you know, if I can learn how to cook, you can too. I just made buttered roasted salmon, with rice and veggies in teriyaki sauce. It’s a recipe I now know by heart and it’s so delicious. A few years ago, i wouldn’t have dared to think I could cook like this.
