Re: the Kojima non-spiracy, I understand how overhyped fans could think it’s “suspicious” that a small studio overpromises, is vague about investors, and yet still landed a random Sony deal. But excuse me: how can anyone who covers the industry find this to be an unusual pattern?
That was my first thought too, but of course for every No Man’s Sky there are about a thousand projects that never make it out of the gate! Getting to the point where fans can play and hate it, clearly, can eventually turn into a happyish ending
