this is great, and has me thinking about changing up my habit of just listening to podcasts on my runs. maybe music would work better!

I have recently come to accept that I need to listen to music rather than podcasts/audiobooks in order to clean the kitchen. Not quite the same thing, but I bet the need for motivation is similar.
