I wonder if this Just Egg stuff will work as a sub for real eggs in a batter, for frying stuff. @VollKatrina, have you used it that way?

No, I keep meaning to try it as a quiche though. I have however used whipped ground flax as a binder before though, with mostly good results

Yeah! This is a multi-step dredge recipe—dry flour mix, then beer batter, then dry mix, then batter again—and I'm pretty hopeful for the outcome
