I wonder if this Just Egg stuff will work as a sub for real eggs in a batter, for frying stuff. @VollKatrina, have you used it that way?

No, I keep meaning to try it as a quiche though. I have however used whipped ground flax as a binder before though, with mostly good results

Hm. You know what, just egg has a crepe recipe on their site, so I bet it would probably work a trick for battering too https://www.ju.st/recipes?gclid=CjwKCAjwtpGGBhBJEiwAyRZX2nnUeKOYx0KkEycqUjuCm1O8wyBf50hn5AWnFPnqFdS4P6ytWGpl6RoCELYQAvD_BwE … I just keep using ground flax for anything with flour since it's cheaper, so I'm probably not the bestest person to ask.

Have you used whipped ground flax before? It's not perfect for everything, but it does a great job generally

No, I haven't tried it! This is for tonight's dinner, because I'm bad at planning, so I'm gonna try the just egg because I have it on hand.
