I wonder if this Just Egg stuff will work as a sub for real eggs in a batter, for frying stuff. @VollKatrina, have you used it that way?

Have you used whipped ground flax before? It's not perfect for everything, but it does a great job generally
No, I haven't tried it! This is for tonight's dinner, because I'm bad at planning, so I'm gonna try the just egg because I have it on hand.
