No, I keep meaning to try it as a quiche though. I have however used whipped ground flax as a binder before though, with mostly good results
I wonder if this Just Egg stuff will work as a sub for real eggs in a batter, for frying stuff. @VollKatrina, have you used it that way?

Ok, so the friend I asked said no she had not ever tried it as a batter ingredient, but her guess was that it should work but it will probs be a thinner batter
