I don’t honestly believe any of these folks are all that kind, but I do apprecciate that east coast is _not_ nice.

I also question the South's position on that chart, as someone born and raised there. Southerners can be *extremely* passive-aggressive in their nicety.

Yeah, more than either kind or nice, I would say the South is _polite_ in a way other regions aren't.
