OK, here's what I want to know: what liberal/left group(s) are buying billboards/funding other voter outreach in WV, to get Manchin's actual constituents to call him, for reasons grounded in their actual day to day concerns?

maybe he won't respond even to that, but there should at least be the attempt to put that kind of pressure on. I live in Massachusetts: he won't, and shouldn't, listen to me, because he doesn't represent me. he at least SHOULD listen to the people he represents.
