I wondered idly whether pawpaws will grow in Massachusetts, and it looks like they will, but they aren't self-pollinating, so to get any fruit you need a thicket of them. so much for putting one in the backyard.

If my friend Emily visits her family in Ohio in the fall I can see if she can bring some back? Mid-September is about right
well, I wouldn't want to put anyone to any trouble! I understand they don't last very long after picking.
