I wondered idly whether pawpaws will grow in Massachusetts, and it looks like they will, but they aren't self-pollinating, so to get any fruit you need a thicket of them. so much for putting one in the backyard.

there's a place in Ohio that will ship you frozen pawpaw pulp by the pound, but they're out of stock until October.
