it's blue and has a maple fretboard and the action feels pretty low but the nut might need some filing down on the low G string. it did come with allen wrenches for adjusting the truss rod and bridge saddles, which is a nice touch for $100.
good news: I remembered that smartphones have microphones on them, and there are probably guitar tuner apps available.
