It was 14 acres! And right next to a lovely mountain that's protected land! Oh well. It didn't sell, it may reappear. And there will be others.
I have a big zillow list of saved listings for 50+ acre properties in Vermont, some of them are lovely. hills, hardwoods, clearings, streams, old stone farm walls.

It’s lovely there. I spent a summer in college out that way doing research... If I could get my guy a remote job, I would totally move west of Worcester. We’re in the Merrimack Valley now. I just want a lot big enough so I don’t have to smell the neighbors’ fabric softener.
