the idea of combining a cheesesteak with pizza is perfectly good (for starters, "cheesesteak pizza" is an established thing) but you can't call it a "philly taco" and you need to make it smaller so that it's actually possible to eat.

besides, Philadelphia is a big city with many great food traditions, and I'm sure like all big cities they have plenty of Mexican and Tex-Mex food. I bet if you wanted to do some real food journalism, you could discern key differences in Philly's _actual_ tacos!
