In case you thought there was any possible way cops weren't monsters...they don't just execute civilian dogs, they also shoot their own dogs. Jesus.

they traumatize the dogs into being dangerous and violent, then when the dogs inevitably attack _them_, they shoot them and act like the dog was a noble hero fallen in the line of duty. it's so fucking gross.
