so…the idea is to build tall buildings out of "conductive cement-based mixture"? isn't that going to mean they get hit by lightning a lot

but it definitely looks like it doesn't so much "turn concrete buildings into giant energy stores" as "allow newly constructed concrete buildings to also be giant energy stores"
