I logged SO MANY hours in Tie Fighter. I bought a proper joystick just to play that game, and I figured out how to park a basic TIE right behind a capital ship's engines, in their cannons' blind spot, and plink away at them until they exploded.

I loved X-Wing but Tie Fighter was the superior game by far.
