The combination of height and being so bulky that some people legit can’t drive their own trucks so they make wild decisions is a real killer.
Only like 30 years ago it was normal for a small pickup's hood to be only a little taller than a midsized sedan's!

but American Men are convinced we _need_ the biggest, strongest engine we can get _just in case_ we find ourselves needing to haul something super heavy up the side of a mountain, when in fact at most we might put a couch in the back. and the bed sizes haven't even changed!
