Hey @ScottMadin another friend says the Mark Bittman waffle recipe works fine with the eggs replaced with an equal measure of aquafaba (and milk substitution of choice if you want vegan, but I’m betting you just wanted a use for the aquafaba left after hummus)

Also, my friend Linda says if you ever have more aquafaba than you can make use of, she will take it off your hands (she is an amazing vegan/gf baker, gorgeous decorated cakes) - are you still in Medford?
