Hey @ScottMadin another friend says the Mark Bittman waffle recipe works fine with the eggs replaced with an equal measure of aquafaba (and milk substitution of choice if you want vegan, but I’m betting you just wanted a use for the aquafaba left after hummus)
Oh, thanks! Using milk substitute is good too, R has digestive intolerance to both eggs and dairy.
