Boy howdy so I know I'm the quarantine enforcer but we just spent our first weekend in actual public outside of Austin in 15 months and I don't know if it's the CDC thing from this week or what but there just isn't wearing masks inside any more I guess and it's fuckin horrifying

I'm fully vaccinated so my concern is not for myself necessarily; less than 1/3 of Texans are fully vaccinated and I just walked out of the busiest Buc-ees I've ever been in and counted five masks, total, on patrons, I mean, tf are y'all doing

... is the annoying about COVID the masks? Because I thought it was the mass death

Like ok I guess don't wear a mask in your local bodega if you just can't live your life any other way and want to make everyone else do the work of keeping you healthy but if you're not even going to wear a mask at fuckin Buc-ees, idk, maybe you also hate seatbelts and crosswalks

Anyway it's very worrisome to know that most people aren't vaccinated but it seems like most people are acting like they are and that is such a dip-ass and avoidable slow motion car crash but here we are
