      Bridge engineer chiming in here. That's a fracture in what looks to be the bottom chord of a truss, which is to say the worst thing that could possibly happen to a truss.       the reporter's tweet says "crack" and then there's that picture and it's just fully in two separate pieces…that's not what I'd call a "crack" really
