I still love this record, I think it holds up very well (though I can take or leave "Black") and it was incredibly important to me as a kid. I also got the 20th-anniversary collection they put out (apparently that was ten years ago, which is also not acceptable) and it's great.

the "Even Flow" music video completely blew my 12-year-old mind, even though it's just concert footage. but my god, the look on young (he must have been 25?) Eddie Vedder's face, in close-up, just before his incredibly unsafe dive into the crowd.
