on the other hand, the Red War was four years ago and they STILL haven't repaired ANY of the damage to the tower, so maybe that whole "post-scarcity" thing isn't quite as true as the Vanguard wants us to think it is.

(on the OTHER other hand, I'm from Boston, so the idea of a public works project dragging on for years with no progress at all despite abundant funding and resources is…not so far-fetched either.)
