You halve the zucchini lengthwise, season the cut sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a drizzle of balsamic and olive oil, then let them sit for 15 minutes or so to absorb. Then you put them on the hot grill, cut side up, for 5 minutes, then flip for 5 more.
