accepted! I can do onions in salsa fresca as long as they've sat in the tomato etc for a while, but I can't handle the straight up raw onion
yeah typically I roast the tomatillos and onion but not the garlic or chile, and then blend it up with a little lime juice and salt
it's pretty reliable! I can do a decent red salsa, also (hardly any change except tomatoes instead of tomatillos, TBH)
