sometimes I think about stuff like that abandoned orpheum picture @alketrolyat tweeted earlier, and how lots of mid-sized or formerly-mid-sized cities have gorgeous, ambitious stuff like that just lying fallow—or decaying—now, and what if policy made those places livable again
